I would like the Hungarian Culture & Heritage Society to claim Gift Aid on my donations or membership payments made in the current, future, and past four years.

Important information:

• This costs you nothing — the government adds 25% to the amount you specify, so the charity receives more, but you only pay what you have pledged.
• Gift Aid applies only to the amount currently given, even if you have already claimed Gift Aid with another organisation.
• Gift Aid is valid only on individual (£15/year), family (£25/year), or concessionary (£10/year) membership fees, and donations.

I acknowledge that:

• I pay UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the amount claimed by the charity through Gift Aid.
• If I pay less tax than the amount claimed, I am responsible for paying the difference.
• I will inform the charity if there is any change in my tax status or address.
